During the COVID-19 world crisis, how many times have we heard the phrase “these are unprecedented times”? Too many to count.
Since March, Canadians have been in a constant state of change to stay ahead of the COVID-19 curve. Medigas was and continues to be vigilant in its purpose to keep clients and its employees safe. As restrictions start to ease across the country, safety will remain its primary focus.
Like you, Medigas is creating a new normal for its business operations. Using a phased approach to the provision of client services, store locations now offer a curbside service for the pick-up and return of equipment as well as relaying basic equipment instructions.
In the next phase, when deemed safe to do so, Medigas will open its doors for direct client access. Screening of all clients, limiting the number of clients allowed entry to a location at one time, and social distancing practices will be followed.
Medigas is proud to have provided uninterrupted home delivery service for the provision of oxygen and medical equipment through the COVID-19 shutdown and will maintain this service achievement on a go forward basis.
